THB sensor THB sensor is a device measuring ambient conditions, it cooperates with: a computer (1 se (more)nsor via USB 2.0 port); direct cooperation, a weighing device (1 sensor via USB 2.0 port); direct cooperation, a THBR Box (up to 4 sensors connected to THBR Box via USB 2.0 port). The THB sensor is designed to measure parameters such as temperature, humidity, pressure, air density and vibrations level. Sensor registers level of permissible vibrations at the workstation, wherein the values of vibrations level are displayed within 0 - 100% range versus reference values in laboratory conditions. Values exceeding 100% threshold inform about potential occurrence of error greater than permissible error of mass measurement performed using weighing device. Each sensor has its own identification number that is assigned to measurements saved to the database. Ambient conditions can be monitored using: weighing instrument display website Windows OS application: THB Single or THB Multi Android application. On the basis of sent measurements, the THB Single or THB Multi software determines air temperature, humidity, pressure, density and permissible vibrations factor.

It is intended for in vitro diagnostic use as an aid in the clinical diagnosis of IgE mediated allergic disorders in conjunction with other clinical findings, and is to be used in clinical laboratories. The allergen of interest, covalently coupled to ImmunoCAP, reacts with the specific IgE in the patient sample. After washing away non-specific IgE, enzyme labeled antibodies against IgE are added to form a complex. Following incubation, unbound enzyme-anti-IgE is washed away and the bound complex is then incubated with a developing  agent. After stopping the reaction, the fluorescence of the eluate is measured. The higher the response value, the more specific IgE is present in the sample. To evaluate the test results, the responses for the patient samples are transformed to concentrations with the use of a calibration curve.
