Shipping weight: 60,00 kg
Manufacturer: Molecular Devices
Model: SpectraMax M2e
Description:
The SpectraMax® M2 and M2e systems
from Molecular Devices are multidetection microplate readers with dual monochromators, dual-mode cuvette ports and top and bottom reading capability (top reading only on the M2). Detection modalities include absorbance (UV-Vis Abs) and fluorescence intensity (FI). Endpoint, kinetic, spectrum and area-well scanning reading modes and the PathCheck® sensor enable homogeneous and heterogeneous microplate assays to be performed in a flexible system. SpectraMax M2 readers enable easy conversion and optimisation from very low throughput assays to medium to high throughput assays, faster, more accurate results and reagent savings. In addition, combined absorbance and fluorescence intensity assays can be performed with a single read command.
Core features:
- Multi-detection capability
- Top and bottom read (M2e only)
- Dual-mode cuvette connection
- Two monochromators
- PathCheck and well volume sensor
- Validation of device and software
- Robot compatible
