Product Description
Labconco Liquid Nitrogen TrapForprocessing samples with ultra low eutectic points. Secondary Trap connects inseries with a freeze dry system and vacuum pump to prevent contaminants frommigrating into the vacuum pump. After pulling a vacuum, liquid nitrogen may beintroduced via the liquid nitrogen port. Liquid nitrogen cools to -196C(-321F) to trap contaminants with low eutectic points. The well may bedefrosted and the liquid drained from the drain hose. Glacier whiteepoxy-coated steel construction. Two valves may be opened (trap) or closed(by-pass). Opened valves allow gaseous contaminants to be trapped in the liquidnitrogen well. Closed valves allow gaseous contaminants to by-pass the wellduring defrosting and draining. 3/4" OD inlet and outlet connections.Includes an insulated filler tube for connection to a user-supplied liquidnitrogen tank; 20" rubber tubing; 3/4" ID x 3/8" wall; and twoclamps.
