Invitrogen Tali Image-Based Cytometer

The Invitrogen Tali Image-Based Cytometer is a robust, three-channel imaging system designed for suspension cell-based assays, delivering bright field, green fluorescence, and red fluorescence options. It allows for efficient three-parameter population analysis, completing each 25 µL sample in just about one minute. Thanks to its dual fluorescent channels, it can simultaneously count and differentiate green or red fluorescent dyes, as well as GFP or RFP tagged cells.

The user-friendly interface streamlines operation, and data can be saved, reported, and transferred effortlessly to a PC via USB. Comprehensive data is provided in graphic reports, with the option to export results in multiple formats such as .csv, .jpg, .fcs, and .pdf, ideal for archiving and comparisons.

With an accommodating processing time of 10 seconds to 2 minutes, the Tali Cytometer handles sample concentrations between 1 x 10^5 and 1 x 10^7 cells/mL and can measure particles and cells from 5 to 60 µm in diameter. It is equipped with advanced optics, offering bright field, green fluorescence (458 ± 20 nm), and red fluorescence (530 ± 20 nm) capabilities. Each channel comes with dedicated filters to enhance specificity.

This compact device features a 1.3-mega pixel camera, 4x objective, and supports digital zoom of 4x or 16x. Measuring 290 x 450 x 290 mm and weighing 9 kg, it integrates seamlessly into laboratory environments, making it an indispensable tool for various cytometry applications.
