Safety cabinet CS60 A+B BASIC PVC CHEMISAFE
The CS 60 A+B (Acid+Basic) Basic PVC ChemiSafe Cabinet is a specialized storage unit specifically designed for handling non-flammable chemicals.
Constructed from high-density 18 mm PVC, the cabinet ensures durability and resistance to chemical corrosion. Its exterior, including the hood and base, is crafted from 1.0 mm thick cold-pressed steel sheet, finished with acid-resistant epoxy coating. Applied electrostatically at a temperature of 200°C, the coating guarantees a robust layer exceeding 90 microns across the entire cabinet exterior.
Built on a 15/10 mm base, the cabinet's monocoque structure is easily adjustable with leveling feet. It incorporates two separate compartments, allowing the user to store different chemical families distinctly, improving safety and organization. Accessible via hinged swing doors with a key lock feature, the compartments offer an impressive door opening angle of 110°, generating convenient access to adjustable PVC shelves without the necessity of tilting.
In terms of technical specs, it comes with a connection collar of Ø 125 mm and offers options with or without a suction unit. It includes novel modular solutions and tray shelves that comply with EN 61010-1 standards. For clear identification, standardized pictograms are employed according to ISO 3864 regulations.
The cabinet comes with 2+2 PVC shelves that boast a maximum load-bearing capacity of 40 Kg, evenly distributed. Optional additions include additional shelves, a timer, door open alarm, and ventilation system for enhanced functionality and user safety.
