The Agilent N4860A digital stimulus probe is designed to operate with the 16800 and 16900 Series logic analyzers. It enables digital acquisition and serial stimulus for DigRF v3-based IC evaluation and integration.

- SysClk speeds: 19.2 MHz, 26.0 MHz, 38.4 MHz

Stimulus Probe Operation:
- Converts raw IQ and control data into DigRF v3-compliant data/control packets
- Provides continuous DigRF v3 stimulus to substitute a missing BB-IC or RF-IC
- Allows modification of critical control settings during looping operation
- Complies with "Clear to Send" signaling per DigRF v3 specification
