The Labconco 700402000 FreeZone 4.5L -50C Complete Freeze Dryer System, PTFE Coated includes the Labconco 700402000 FreeZone 4.5L -50C Benchtop Freeze Dryer with PTFE coil and collector, Labconco 7522801 12-Port Drying Chamber PTFE-Coated, and an Edwards RV5 Rotary Vane Vacuum Pump.
The Labconco 700402000 FreeZone 4.5L -50C Benchtop Freeze Dryer with PTFE Coil and Collector is designed for lyophilizing light to moderate sample loads. The compact design is ideal for labs with limited floor space. The upright PTFE collector coil holds 4.5 liters of ice before defrosting. A single 1/3 hp HCFC/CFC-free refrigeration system cools the collector to -50C (-58F), suitable for aqueous samples.
The Labconco 7522801 12-Port Drying chamber includes 12 neoprene valves with plastic knobs that accommodate both 1/2" and 3/4" adapters for connection of flasks, a 1/2" thick arcylic lid with neoprene gasket, and one latching pin. Made of type 304 stainless steel with corrosion-resistant PTFE-coated interior. It is compatible with FreeZone 1, 2.5, 4.5, 6, 8, 12 or 18 Liter Freeze Dryers. Drying Chambers provide a means to attach flasks to your freeze dryer or contain samples in bulk.
