This Stem Corporation Block Heater & Chiller  Model - RS2550 was removed from a university  (more)lab where it was surplus to requirements. The heater powers up and has been tested with a digital thermometer (not included).When set to 37˚C the display showed 37˚C and the thermometer measured 36.2˚C.When set to 55˚C (max) the display showed 57˚C and the thermometer measured 53˚C. We were unable to test the shiller as we don't have the connecting cable. The magnetic stirrer seems to be working well. 25 x 27mm diameter tube holes

This Huber HS80 Circulating Heating/Chiller Bath was removed from a university lab where it was surp (more)lus to requirements. The unit powers up but appears to be faulty. We filled the tank but the alarm kept flashing. The circulator would work for a few seconds but then it would stop. It also made an electrical buzzing sound.
