Furthermore, it allows use at temperatures below ambient temperatures, with a minimum of approx. 3°C above tap water temperature.

This Huber Minichiller Refrigerated Laboratory Water Bath was removed from a university lab where it (more) was surplus to requirements. The unit powers up and has been tested with a digital thermometer (not included). When set to -20˚C it dropped to -12˚C after running for 5 hours. It is not designed to heat. It is in good cosmetic condition with some marks from use.
