Description by the supplier

LAUDA Hydro Ring Water Baths, with temperatures ranging from 25°C to 100°C, are exceptionally designed for the laboratory environment. Designed for rigorous continuous operation, these water baths require minimal supervision thanks to their standard water level and lack of water monitoring systems.

Five distinct models are available, all featuring a detachable perforated lid embedded with heat-resistant plastic rings. Models H 11 V and H 19 V are specifically engineered for safe usage in fume cupboards.

The housings are fabricated from stainless steel to enable durability even when handling chemically aggressive elements. Temperature adjustments are facilitated by a knob with a graduated scale, offering precise control over the operational temperature range.

Included in the standard features are robust stainless steel support rods (600mm length, 12mm diameter) that augment versatility. A safety system aids in protecting against dry running via an electro-mechanical valve, which halts heating in instances of low water level.

The control panel hosts a knob, graduated scale, console light, and safety valve. The lid is constructed with adjustable ring openings to cater to various types of glassware.

The standard water level regulator allows for uninterrupted usage even when left unattended, maintaining an optimal continuous operation. This system compensates for water lost through evaporation, ensuring a sustained water level.

Protection from dry running is provided by a thermostatic overvoltage cut-off device for lack of water. A control panel-mounted nut serves to disarm the safety system when necessary.

The water level regulator guarantees continuous function at temperatures below ambient (minimum approximately 3°C above tap water temperatures), further enhancing the performance of these reliable and adaptable laboratory water baths.
