The ProteinSimple Wes by Bio-Techne revolutionizes Western blotting by automating the entire process—dispensing with the need for traditional gels, transfer devices, and blots. This sophisticated system conducts assays inside a capillary, handling sample loading, protein separation, immunoprobing or labeling, washing, detection, and data analysis for up to 25 samples per run.

With the Wes system, performing Simple Western size-based assays—both Immunoassay and Total Protein—is seamless. Simply pipette your samples and reagents into the pre-filled plate, insert the capillary cartridge, and press start.
