The Bio-Techne ProteinSimple Wes Automated Simple Western Assay System offers a streamlined approach to protein analysis. This pre-owned system eliminates the complexities of traditional Western blot techniques by utilizing capillary-based Simple Western size assays, thus removing the need for gels, transfer devices, blots, or manual analysis.
Wes automates every stage of the process including sample loading, protein separation, immuno-labeling, washing, detection, and data processing. Capable of analyzing up to 25 samples concurrently, it is designed for efficiency and reproducibility. Simply pipette your samples and immunoreagents into Wes's pre-filled plate, load the capillary cartridge, and initiate the run.

- Sample requirements for Total Protein: 0.3-1.2 µg lysate
- Sample requirements for Immunoassay: 0.6-1.2 µg
