CS60 PVC Chemisafe Cabinet
Product Description
The CS60 PVC Chemisafe Cabinet is expertly crafted to meet the rigorous demands of chemical storage. Constructed entirely from 18 mm thick high-density PVC, it offers robust protection against corrosive substances. The extractor cover and plinth are made from cold-pressed steel sheet, featuring an epoxy coating applied with acid-resistant powders, ensuring a surface layer thickness of over 90 microns when applied at 200°C.
Its monocoque structure is designed on a 15/10 mm base, featuring adjustable leveling feet for stability. The cabinet is divided into 2, 3, or 4 compartments for the safe, separate storage of various non-flammable chemical families. It has simple hinged swing doors with a key lock and door opening at a 110° angle for easy shelf extraction.
This cabinet features a corrosion-resistant plastic outer zipper and height-adjustable containment shelves made from PVC. It also comes equipped with a Ø 125 mm connection collar and offers options for a suction unit. Designed for versatility, the cabinet supports modular solutions, tray shelves, and complies with ISO 3864 and EN 61010-1 standards.
Included are three PVC shelves, each capable of holding up to 40 kg when weight is evenly distributed. Optional features include additional shelves, a timer, door open alarm, and ventilation, offering enhanced functionality and safety.
