CABINET CS 60 - CHEMISAFE
- Crafted entirely from cold pressed FE P01 electro-galvanized steel sheet of 10/10 mm thickness. The fabrication process includes an initial degreasing treatment, followed by an application of an epoxy primer and two subsequent applications of thermosetting powders. The final stage encompasses a heat treatment in a thermal tunnel at 200°C.
- Designed as a monolithic structure, incorporating leveling feet at the base.
- Features fully reversible, double-paneled doors constructed from identical materials, replete with safety lock handles.
- Furnished with a CE-marked electric fan encased in a self-extinguishing, antistatic technopolymer, providing resistance to corrosive agents.
- Incorporated protection fuses with a dimension of 5x20 mm, with a rapid flow of 1A.
- Suction capacity or ventilation rate peaking at 275 m3/h.
- Optional activated charcoal filter, suitable for acidic substances, can be mounted on the top. The filter comes with a prefilter and can be replaced easily via a hinged panel secured with a key lock.
- All handles are fitted with locks and keys.
- Steel shelves are designed like trays of 10/10 mm thickness, allowing potential containment of liquids in event of container breakage or spillage. Shelves are height adjustable.
- Designed for 110° opening, facilitating shelf extraction without the need for tilting.
- The presence of dangerous and toxic products are indicated by multilingual safety signs, highlighting contents and storage parameters.
- Utilizes pictograms standardized per ISO 3864 norms.
- Equipped with a safety lock and key closure system.
- Conformity with EN61010-1, EN16121, and CEI 66-5 standards are ensured.
