The CS60 Basic PVC Cabinet by Chemisafe is expertly crafted with an 18 mm thick HD PVC for durability. It features an extractor cover and plinth made from 1.0 mm cold-pressed steel sheet, coated with acid-resistant epoxy powders, ensuring robust corrosion resistance with an over 90-micron thick surface layer. The cabinet has a monocoque structure set on a 15/10 mm base, complete with adjustable leveling feet. Designed for safe chemical storage, it can be divided into 2, 3, or 4 compartments for segregating non-flammable chemical families. The cabinet includes simple hinged swing doors with a key lock, opening at a 110° angle for easy shelf removal. It includes a corrosion-resistant plastic outer zipper, compartments with adjustable PVC containment shelves, and a connection collar of Ø 125 mm. Modular configurations are available, with tray shelves and standardized pictograms per ISO 3864. It complies with the EN 61010-1 standard, and is supplied with 3 PVC shelves supporting a maximum load of 40 kg, evenly distributed. Optional features include additional shelves, a timer, door open alarm, and ventilation.
