COMBISTORAGE CS360 - ChemiSafe Certified Safety Cabinet
This safety storage unit is meticulously crafted from electrogalvanized AISI304 stainless steel, with a thickness range of 1 to 1.5 mm. The grey RAL7035 hue cold bent structure complements its acid-resistant epoxy resin exterior finish, which is enhanced by a 200°C thermal tunnel passage.
Type 90 Compartment for Flammable Products:
Boasting superior insulation from high-density rock wool and calcium sulfate panels, this compartment is optimized for storing flammable materials. The interior finish features melamine panels that are resistant to chemicals and aggressive vapors. This compartment accommodates replacements of spare parts as needed, with doors that close automatically once the ambient temperature exceeds 50°C. Additional heat protection comes in the form of 30mm thermo-expanding insulating gaskets, providing perfect cabinet sealing under increasing temperature conditions per the EN14470-1 standard. The closing and locking system enables the doors to stay open, automatically closing when the ambient temperature crosses 50°C. Its anti-spark hinges ensure stability, a lock and key for security, and the option for both wardrobes with doors or drawers.
Acids/Bases Compartment:
This compartment is also constructed with durable melamine panels resistant to chemicals and harsh vapors. It includes an option to replace spare parts if necessary. The doors open at an angle greater than 110°, which further provides convenience during usage. Additional security is provided through a lock and key. The internal shelf can be height adjusted and is encased in plastic-coated steel and stainless steel. The grounded cabinet is equipped with an integrated ventilation system and contains adjustable leveling feet. Comprehensible ISO 3864 signs and pictograms are provided on the cabinet for user guidance. The cabinet adheres to certified standards including EN14470-1, EN61010, and EN16121, and offers 90 minutes of fire resistance.
Included:
For acids/bases storage, the compartment includes one plastic-coated steel shelf and one stainless steel shelf, with a maximum load capacity of 60 Kg uniformly distributed. For flammable items storage, the compartment includes a retention tank with a painted steel grid.
Optional Additions:
Additional shelves, timers, visual and acoustic alarm systems, and a glide for moving wardrobes are available as optional enhancements.
