The CS120 PVC CHEMISAFE is a high-quality chemical safety cabinet designed for secure storage of dangerous liquids, meeting stringent European standards including EN61010-1 and ISO 3864 standardized pictograms.
Key construction features:
- Fabricated from 18 mm thick HD PVC providing excellent chemical resistance to inorganic acids, alkalis, salts, alcohols, greases, oils, and petrols.
- Exhaust fan cover and plinth made from 1.0 mm cold-pressed steel with acid-resistant epoxy powder coating at 200 °C, ensuring a layer thickness > 90 microns.
- Monocoque base structure of 15/10 mm with adjustable leveling feet.
- Configurations with 2, 3, or 4 compartments for segregated storage of non-flammable chemical families.
- Simple hinged doors with corrosion-resistant plastic external zipper and safety lock handles with keys.
- Fixed shelves available in plasticized, painted, or stainless steel, height adjustable, with tray shelves and containment shelves of PVC.
- 110° door opening allowing shelf extraction without tilting.
- Connection collar diameter Ø 125 mm facilitates integration with ventilation systems.
- Cabinet options include models with or without integrated suction units for active ventilation.
- Modular design allowing customization based on storage needs.

- Exceptional elasticity and ease of handling.
- Superior chemical resistance suitable for the most corrosive agents including nitric, sulfuric, hydrochloric, and hydrofluoric acids.

- 6 total PVC shelves (3+3), each supporting up to 40 kg evenly distributed.

- DIAM125BP: Electric aspirator with power cable and filter (Ø125 mm outlet).
- RSOLCA: Activated carbon filter for DIAM125BP (replace biannually).
- F100FC: Connection flange Ø 100 mm (mandatory for ventilated cabinets).
- RE1000: Flow controller for aspirator.
- GFKIT125: Connector kit with 1 m flexible sheath Ø125 mm and terminals.
- RFCS60 & RFCS120: Replacement filters for 600 mm and 1140 mm ventilated cabinets respectively.
- TIM24: Daily timer.
- ALARM: Door open alarm system.
