The LAUDA Proline PVL 24 C is a precision heating thermostat with a tank, explicitly designed for scientific observations requiring exact temperature control. Perfectly suited for the LAUDA Scientific PVS or iVisc automatic viscometer, it provides exceptional temperature stability necessary for precise viscosity determinations across a wide temperature range. Its innovative two-chamber principle ensures a constant liquid level in the measuring chamber, irrespective of temperature and volume variations. The PVL models are compatible with low temperature measurements down to -40° or -60°C when equipped with an additional low temperature chiller or thermostat.
The unit offers two control variations, with the Master version for stable parameter uses, and the removable Command control unit (PV C models), featuring a graphic LCD screen for user-friendly operation and program customization.
Highlighted features include the LAUDA Vario Flex pump with eight power settings, a standard cooling coil with supplementary cooler connections, and a robust Command control panel permitting remote operation. Specific to the PV 24 C model are a tank volume between 19 to 24 liters, a large tank opening, and precise temperature control ranging from -60°C to 100°C with water-cooling options from 20°C to 230°C. Accessories like pump connection fittings and a cooling coil are included, making this an all-encompassing temperature control solution for any laboratory setting.
