Description from the supplier

The Proline Heating Thermostat with Tank

The Proline clear-view LAUDA thermostats are expertly designed for the explicit observance of subjects, offering exemplary use with LAUDA Scientific PVS or iVisc automatic viscometer. These revolutionary thermostats guarantee exceptional temperature stability across a comprehensive temperature range, ensuring precision viscosity determination. The innovative two-chamber design sustains a steady liquid level in the measuring chamber, irrespective of the medium's volume and temperature.

To cater for a wide range of applications that require low-temperature measurements, the PVL models are equipped with five layers of insulating glass, ensuring accurate readings down to -40° or -60°C. This is made possible when a low-temperature chiller or thermostat is utilized.

For added versatility, these thermostats come with two distinct control units. The Master version is specifically designed for applications that demand minimal parameter changes. On the other hand, the detachable Command operating unit (PV C models) includes an intuitive graphic LCD display for optimal operating convenience and programming functionality.

  • Integrated LAUDA Vario Flex pump (pressure pump), offering a selection of eight different power levels.
  • Standard cooling coil with the provision for an extra cooler.
  • All necessary fittings for pump connection and cooling coil.

Further enriching your laboratory equipment, the Proline PV 24 model comes with the following specific features:

  • Minimum tank volume of 19 L and maximum tank volume of 24 L.
  • Handy tank opening measurements of 405 x 135 mm.
  • A bowl depth of 320 mm with a usable depth of 285 mm.
  • Tank upper height is 390 mm.
  • Master control panel including calibration point, timer, under and over-temperature alarms, with digital indicators.
  • Pump pressure maximum 1.1 bar.
  • A water-cooled temperature range spanning from 20°C up to 230°C.
  • Operating temperature range from -30°C to 230°C.
  • Pump connectors M16 x 1
  • 13 Ø fitting.

Radwag HX7.4N.600.H1.LD Multifunctional Stainless Steel Ramp Scale-cover
Radwag HX7.4N.600.H1.LD Multifunctional Stainless Steel Ramp Scale

The HX7.4N H scale is a device controlled by means of the PUE HX7 indicator, and it has been equippe (more)d with a 4-load-cell ramp platform made of stainless steel, AISI 304. This robust design facilitates weighing of heavy loads in humid environment. The ramps enable easy loading and unloading. Indicator with a colour 7” graphic display and a diode bar graph allow to observe visualisation of a current load mass presented in relation to the scale range or declared minimum and maximum thresholds. This makes the operation significantly easier. At the back of the housing there are hermetic connectors of RS232, RS485, USB and Ethernet communication interfaces, plus digital inputs/outputs and analogue output. This enables cooperation with external devices such as barcode scanners, printers, external displays, control buttons, light signalling towers, other controlling/signalling devices, systems for automatic process control and superior IT systems. With use of the bracket you can either place the indicator at any flat horizontal surface, or fix it to the wall adjusting the tilt respectively to suit your needs. The terminal's software allows carrying out processes such as weighing, parts counting, dosing, labelling, formulations and percent weighing. Indicator’s system of information is based on databases (users, products, weighings, packaging, formulations, customers) and ALIBI memory which guarantees stored data safety. Since the scale is equipped with a platform lifting system, you are kindly requested to order a transport box (OSB box for the platform) for it. The transport box is necessary for the safe and efficient transport and storage of the ramp scale with the platform lifting system. Please take this item into consideration when planning and placing your order. If you have any questions, the Customer Service Department will be happy to assist you.

Radwag MPS 6000 Weighing Module-cover
Radwag MPS 6000 Weighing Module

The high resolution MPS module operates on the basis of electromagnetic force converter. The device  (more)may be easily integrated into existing system owned by the customer. Compact design and integrated electronics provide various possibilities of MAS module adaptation into technological lines and installation inside laboratory equipment or devices. Measurements can be carried out using either weighing pan or under-pan weighing system, i.e. solution enabling the load to be suspended beneath the module. By cause of high measurement accuracy, it is recommended to install the module inside customer's device (e.g. in a draft shield) in order to reduce the influence of ambient conditions on the measurement result. The MPS module comes standard with a dedicated power supply. Features: Brand new design of the electromagnetic mechanism housed in an aluminium enclosure, Readability of 0.01 g, Ease of adaptation to the required storage space, Internal adjustment, Various options of hardware configuration. The module has been equipped with RS232 and USB type B interfaces. Dedicated freeware, the R Panel, has been designed to enable control of the module via a computer. It provides access to all the keys and functions available directly from the operation panel, e.g. taring, zeroing, setup, etc. Innovative algorithm for automatic search of electromagnetic weighing modules facilitates connection to a computer. R Panel software makes complete functionality of the R series balances available via the PC. R Panel functionality has been implemented in RLab program as one of its numerous functions.
