LAUDA Proline PV 24 Heating Thermostat

The LAUDA Proline PV 24 is a high-precision heating thermostat with a spacious tank, engineered specifically for direct observation of samples during temperature-sensitive experiments. It is perfectly compatible with LAUDA Scientific PVS or iVisc automatic viscometers, maintaining the necessary temperature stability for accurate viscosity measurements throughout a comprehensive temperature range. The twin-chamber design maintains consistent liquid levels in the measuring chamber, irrespective of medium volume and temperature. Ideal for low-temperature studies, the PVL models, with five layers of insulating glass, are effective down to -40° or -60°C when paired with an appropriate low-temperature chiller or thermostat.

The thermostat is available in two control unit versions. The Master version caters to applications with infrequent parameter changes, while the Command version (PV C models) offers a convenient, removable operating unit with a graphical LCD and programming capabilities.

Key features include the LAUDA Vario Flex pump, providing eight selectable power levels and a standard cooling coil that accommodates additional cooling units. Accessories such as fittings for pump connections and the cooling coil are included.

Specific attributes of the Proline PV 24 include a variable tank volume of 19 to 24 liters, accommodating different needs, and an extensive temperature range for both water-cooled (-30°C to 230°C) and operating temperatures (20°C to 230°C). The system is optimized with a Master control panel offering features like calibration points, timers, and temperature alarms, coupled with digital indicators.
