This Sorvall RC-5C Plus Floor-Standing Centrifuge was removed from a university lab where it was surplus to requirements.
The unit powers up, but shortly after running it produces error code 7 preventing it from being tested, therefore this item is sold as Spares or Repairs.
Error 7 = REFRIGERATION SYSTEM FAILURE There was no apparent drop in chamber temperature thirty seconds after the refrigeration system started to cool. Notify your Thermo Field Service Engineer.
