The weighing platform is made of steel and features marks facilitating centric loading of mass standards. The comparator can be equipped with a self-centring weighing pan (extra charge), which significantly minimises the influence of eccentricity during measurements. The self-centring weighing pan eliminates the error of placing the weight "out of pan centre".
