RT-PCR Corbett Rotor Gene 3000

The Corbett Rotor Gene 3000 is a cutting-edge Real-Time PCR Cycler fully equipped for high-performance real-time amplification, endpoint analysis, automated genotyping, and nucleic acid concentration measurement. This model accommodates a rotor for 72 x 0.1 ml strip tubes and utilizes high power LEDs for excitation at wavelengths of 470nm, 530nm, 585nm, and 625nm. Its detection capabilities are enhanced by filters for detection at 510nm, 555nm, 580nm, 610nm, and 660nm, with the ability to detect a wide array of fluorophores including Sybr-Green I, Fam, Tet, Joe, Vic, Max, Rox, Tamra, Cy3, Cy5, Cy5.5, and Tex Red.
