The incubator efficiently reaches desired temperatures with a warm-up time of 35 minutes to attain both 37°C and 50°C, and 45 minutes to reach 70°C, maintaining controlled conditions with minimal delay. After brief door openings, recovery time is impressively swift, requiring only 2 minutes.
Engineered for optimized air circulation, the unit performs 5 air changes per hour with the flap open, ensuring the integrity of the internal atmosphere. Temperature consistency is rigorously maintained with spatial temperature variations of ±1.1°C at 37°C, ±1.6°C at 50°C, and ±2.5°C at 70°C. Temperature fluctuation is kept to a minimal ≤0.5°C, reinforcing its calibration precision.
The incubator sustains a substantial maximum load of 50 kg, with individual shelf capacity rated at 10 kg, supporting versatile experimental setups. With a generous volume of 107 liters, the internal dimensions of 370 x 554 x 524 mm offer ample space for various specimens or equipment configurations.
