Genexus integrated NGS sequencer-cover
Genexus integrated NGS sequencer

The Genexus Integrated Sequencer automates all steps of the targeted NGS workflow starting from puri (more)fied and quantified nucleic acid. With a single touchpoint and five minutes of hands-on time, the Genexus sequencer automates NGS library preparation (including cDNA synthesis), template preparation, sequencing, primary data analysis, and variant reporting for DNA, RNA, and cfTNA applications. Sequencing on the Genexus sequencer is done on a four-lane semiconductor chip: the Ion Torrent GX5 Chip. Each of the four lanes of the GX5 Chip supports the output of 12–15 million reads, and they can be used individually or all at once depending on throughput needs. Ion Torrent Genexus Software streamlines the NGS workflow by integrating the setup-to-report workflow within a single software ecosystem. • Rapidly go from nucleic acid to report in a single day • Simplify the NGS workflow with a single instrument that can automate library prep, sequencing, and analysis, including variant calling • Modulate run setup as samples come in with the flexibility of multiplexing up to 32 library reactions per run in increments of four • Simultaneously create libraries and sequence up to four different assays using the four-lane GX5 Chip • Reduce NGS operating costs with simplified setup using pre-filled reagents, a single touchpoint, and five minutes of total hands-on time • Prevent user error by allowing the Genexus sequencer’s onboard vision system to verify reagent placement and detect errors in real time

Radwag H315.1,5.H1.K Waterproof Scale

The H315 waterproof scale Made to work in high humidity conditions and even direct contact with wate (more)r. Designed for precision measurements, making it used in situations where weighing readability is crucial. The power of steel The use of stainless steel for the construction guarantees you a long life for the balance. It is not afraid of contact with moist objects or accidental splashes. The robustness and strength of the design of the platform scales makes it possible to weigh large objects, such as pallets of goods. The stable platform is resistant to vibration, which is important when weighing large objects. Not just weighing But also parts counting, percent weighing, animal weighing and peak hold. The power of H315’s working mods. Do you require fast and repeatable weight measurement under difficult conditions? The H315 scale is made for that! It has been with us for years, and will stay for a long time to come The LCD display has accompanied us for long years. During this time it has proven its reliability. It guarantees the readability of the result from many angles and is energy efficient. Inner power No access to mains power? Power failure? No problem. Thanks to its internal rechargeable battery, the H315 scale allows many hours of operation without mains power (up to 7 hours). Battery power supply is available at an extra charge. Radwag HX5.EX-1.15.HR3 One Load Cell Platform Scale-cover
Radwag HX5.EX-1.15.HR3 One Load Cell Platform Scale

The HX5.EX scale is a modern weighing instrument assuring fast and reliable measurement in hazardous (more) areas classified as zones 1/21 and 2/22. To ensure precision and excellent measurement repeatability, high quality electronic components are used. The weighing platforms offered in wide range of dimensions and maximum capacities, this combined with excellent metrological parameters enables easy selection of an instrument that meets the most demanding requirements. Standard version of the scale is equipped with 2 serial, intrinsically safe RS232 communication interfaces, and with one RS485 interface. They facilitate cooperation with equipment intended for operation in hazardous areas. Possibility to add digital inputs/outputs extends the range of instruments compatible with the indicator by automatic elements compliant with ATEX directive. More demanding customers can use the IM01.EX module, installed in the safe area, which extends the available connectors by Ethernet, USB, 4-20mA/0- 10V analog outputs, Profibus DP and additional digital inputs/outputs. This enables cooperation with external devices: barcode scanners, printers, external displays, control buttons, light signalling towers, other controlling/signalling devices, systems for automatic process control and superior IT systems. Scale operation requires use of a dedicated PM01.EX power supply, which is not a standard scale component. To operate the scale, order a selected type of the dedicated intrinsically safe power supply. Power supply types: PM01.EX-1 - power supply for operation in ATEX area. Used when it is required to connect the power supply to voltage source placed in hazardous area. PM01.EX-2 - power supply for operation outside ATEX area. Used when power supply connection to voltage source is carried out outside hazardous area. Complex software enables carrying out many tasks connected with mass measurement, e.g. parts counting, checkweighing and statistics. The scales feature user-friendly graphic interface, which can be customized using widgets. This and the large colour display of high resolution guarantee easy and clear transmission of data on current process. Colour bar graph significantly influences performance by signalling whether the weighing result is within declared thresholds or not.
