- Integrated online trityl monitoring for continuous tracking of synthesis progress on all columns, collecting all released trityl groups

- Single-line column design with rocking mechanism over the mixing chamber enables efficient mixed base synthesis and automated antisense oligonucleotide production
- Fast cycle times of 5.5–6 minutes for 16-column synthesis, reducing reagent consumption and increasing throughput
- Compact footprint measuring 35 × 60 × 45 cm, suitable for constrained lab spaces
