Temperature control is managed by a PID controller with a microprocessor, allowing precise settings via digital ▲/▼ keys. It includes a K thermocouple temperature sensor and liquid-expansion temperature controller for overheat protection. Safety and usability are enhanced with a silicon rubber-packed single door and a standard 3mm glass observation window measuring 250x300mm. The oven offers a shelf plate load capacity of 15kg and has 10 shelf rest steps with a 30mm pitch.
