The ROTATEMP SBS me-vi Package is the ideal solution for precise and reliable viscosity measurement of difficult-to-measure, highly viscous samples. The package combines the ROTAVISC SBS me-vi rotational viscometer with the ROTATEMP high-temperature system to ensure optimum temperature control during the measurement process. ROTAVISC SBS me-vi is a high-performance rotational viscometer for applications in a measuring range from 100 to 40,000,000 mPas. Equipped with advanced ball bearing technology (SBS - steel ball bearing, suspended), it offers exceptional reliability, even in demanding applications with high sample throughput, frequent spindle or location changes or under rather harsh environmental conditions. The space-saving ROTATEMP high-temperature system is the perfect complement for measuring temperature-dependent samples that are not able to flow at room temperature, such as asphalt, bitumen, wax, polymers, candy base or hot melt adhesives. Thanks to precise and efficient temperature control, based on the proven IKA magnetic stirrer technology, samples can be heated up to 300 °C in just 16 minutes without overheating.
