- Ultraviolet (UV) light sterilization for bacterial inactivation and reduction of Total Organic Carbon (TOC)
- Ultrafiltration membrane that eliminates pyrogens and nuclease contaminants, delivering RNase-free, DNase-free water essential for PCR, DNA sequencing, gel electrophoresis, and other sensitive enzymatic assays
The system includes a real-time TOC monitoring display and leak detection for reliable water quality assurance. Final particulate and bacterial filtration (<0.05 µm) ensures endotoxin levels below <0.005 EU/mL (or <0.001 EU/mL with optional endotoxin filter), critical for molecular cloning and biopharmaceutical production pipelines.
