Temperature-control speeds: Heating rate: approx. 3°C/s; cooling rate: approx. 2°C/s, measured on the block. Temperature Accuracy: ± 0.2°C. Storage of 100 programs. RS232 output. Includes manual.
The EEppendorf 5333 MasterCycler is ideal for quantitative PCR applications and offers extremely fast temperature rise, short detection times and intuitive programming. The gradient block can hold 0.2 mL (capacity of 96) and 0.5 mL (capacity of 77) tubes or a microtiter plate (capacity of one), without the need to change blocks.
