Description from the supplier

The certified intrinsically safe PM01.EX power supply, manufactured by RADWAG, has been designed to power the HX5.EX indicator.

PM01.EX power supply comes in two designs:

PM01.EX-1: power supply intended for operation in hazardous area:

Zone 1 and 2, where there is a risk of explosion due to mixture of air with vapour, mist or gas, classified as
explosion group IIC, IIB and IIA and as temperature
class T1, T2, T3, T4.

Zone 21 and 22, where there is a risk of explosion due to mixture of air with dust, flammable fibres and volatile fuels, classified as explosion group IIIC, IIIB and IIIA.

PM01.EX-2: power supply intended for operation outside hazardous area, equipped with intrinsically safe circuits that can be placed in:

Zone 1 and 2, where there is a risk of explosion due to mixture of air with vapour, mist or gas, classified as
explosion group IIC, IIB and IIA and as temperature
class T1, T2, T3, T4.

Zone 21 and 22, where there is a risk of explosion due to mixture of air with dust, flammable fibres and volatile fuels, classified as explosion group IIIC, IIIB
and IIIA.

The certified intrinsically safe PM02.EX power supply, manufactured by RADWAG, has been designed to power the HRP.EX.

Wet gas vacuum pump Laboport SD N 860.3 FT.40.18 KNF

Laboport SD N 860.3 FT.40.18 is a two-stage pump with an integrated “self-drying” system for automat (more)ic condensate drain. The “SD” series is widely used in laboratories, especially when the vapors are humid and a clean and ecological vacuum is required. Typical applications are: vacuum ovens (for drying chemicals, drying biological samples, heat treatments), autoclaves for sterilizing instruments, containers, filters and textiles. Thanks to the use of anti-corrosion materials, it is possible to vacuum even corrosive products. The heart of the pump is the diaphragm with differentiated structure in PTFE, optimized to guarantee high performance with reduced dimensions and at the same time, long life even in heavy applications. When the humid gases are sucked in, it can happen that condensation forms in the pump head: consequently the performance decreases, considerably increasing the emptying time. To eliminate condensation, the 'drying system' then opens a solenoid valve that allows ambient air to enter the heads. Once the condensation has been eliminated, the solenoid valve closes and the pump sucks from the stove in full capacity. Over time, condensation could form again and then the cycle is repeated. The time interval between one cycle and the next can be adjusted as desired, as well as the duration of the air injection.
