Radwag WAY 100.5Y.KO Mass Comparator

An additional anti-draft chamber dedicated for mass comparators APP KO series. It is intended for in (more)struments operating in unfavourable conditions (air movement, air gusts). The anti-draft chamber is installed on a weighing table, and a mass comparator is placed inside the chamber. The chamber features slidable side and top glass doors, thus ensuring free access to mass comparator’s weighing chamber. All components of the anti-draft chamber are made of metal and glass with conductive coating for eliminating influence of electrostatics on a measurement result.

PT0455 Cable is used to connect the 5Y series balance or the PUE CY10 terminal to a RADWAG RTP print (more)er. Its standard length is 1,8m.

RADWAG-manufactured susceptometer enables carrying out measurements of magnetic susceptibility and m (more)agnetization of weights of E1 and lower classes in accordance with OIML R111. Modular design, upon disassembling respective module, enables using the susceptometer as a mass comparator or a balance. Compared to the previous model, the new one features option of internal adjustment and higher readability: [d] =1 μg for loads ranging from 2 g to 50 kg.

Self-centering weighing pan of a floating nature is intended for HRP KO comparator. It is used inter (more)changeably with a standard weighing pan. The “floating” weighing pan is installed in course of a manufacturing process therefore remember to order it when purchasing the HRP KO comparator as it is not sold separately. The pan has been designed to aid the operator stabilize and level weights that are located eccentrically. Real-Time Measurement of Ambient Conditions The new RMC 10000.5Y mass comparator has been equipped with a top-class thermo-hygro-barometer enabling real-time control of ambient conditions in four locations, among many in the weighing chamber and mass standard magazine. Thermo-hygro-barometers are highly precise devices measuring pressure with the readability of 0.001 hPa, humidity of 0.01 %, and temperature of 0.001 °C. Reliability of ambient conditions measurement carried out using the thermo-hygro-barometer is confirmed by a calibration certificate. Universal Magazine Insert Design Mass standard magazine features 10 positions. The RMC 10000.5Y enables comparison of weights of all shapes compliant with OIML recommendations, using just one universal insert. Remote, real-time preview of comparison process is possible thanks to a video camera. Transport Arm With use of the automatic mass comparator, the transport arm remains inactive in the course of comparison, this eliminates air drafts and vibrations, considerably shortens comparison, and reduces noise emission. The transport arm of the RMC 10000.5Y mass comparator is used only to transfer the mass standards, it is out of operation within the comparison process. Ejectable mass standards magazine For the user's convenience, the magazine slides out of the robot's footprint at the time of arming and allows weights to be applied very easily, then positions itself automatically when retracted. Optional Equipment Additional equipment includes a video camera enabling remote preview of comparison process in real time (Internet access required), and RMCS software.
