Mass comparators of UMA 1000 series stand for the highest standard of professional automatic mass comparators.
They provide comparison of 100 g – 1000 g weights of E1 and
10 g - 1000 g weights of E2 and lower classes.
The device is equipped with 18 magazine positions allowing to deposit up to 18 weights. This solution allows to perform either comparison for complete set of weights carried out within one process or comparison for just a few weights of the same mass.
Owing to elimination of human factor and with temperature changes and air drafts reduced to zero, UMA automatic mass comparators provide the highest possible measurement repeatability.

INTENDED USE THB-R PC software is designed to monitor and register indoor ambient conditions, wherei (more)n the said monitoring is based on data collected by measuring devices of Radwag production. Two THB software versions are offered: THB-R-Single – intended for integration with THB-3/2 ambient conditions module, THB-R-Multi – intended for integration with THB-R ambient conditions recorder. Overview THB-R PC software is responsible for establishing communication with measuring devices. It operates as a user interface intended for collected data presentation, archiving, reporting and for carrying out measuring devices setup. The software carries out constant readout of air temperature, relative air humidity, atmospheric pressure and vibrations. Additionally it calculates air density. Current metrological parameters values are demonstrated in a form of a time diagram, wherein the last 5 minutes are presented. The measurements may also be archived in a local database, MS Access format. The record takes place in a specified time interval. Database files are formed using one of four user-defined methods: daily, weekly, monthly, combination of all. THB-R-Multi version of the PC software enables record of measurements collected by THB-R Ambient Conditions Recorder. The stored data may be previewed and printed in a form of reports and diagrams. THB-R installation package comprises THB-Network Viewer allowing local network users to preview current indications of measuring units. Cooperation with measuring devices The software cooperates with measuring devices such as ambient conditions modules of RADWAG production. The modules are intended for operation with THB-R-Single or THB-R-Multi software version. Depending on the used device, communication between the software and the device may be established via RS 232 or USB interface. If so, learn about the functionality of the ELLIPSIS series of moisture analyzers: It Dries in 4 Ways The MA 5Y.IC Moisture Analyzer offers you four drying profiles: standard, mild, fast and step. The standard profile is the usually used drying profile. It allows the most accurate determination of moisture content. The mild profile is designed for drying substances that are sensitive to the rapid heat released by the filaments, which heat full power at the initial stage of the process. An example of such a substance is leather. You will use the fast profile for samples with significant moisture content – of the order of even several tens of percent. The step profile will be ideal for drying substances that contain more than 15 percent moisture. Within this profile you can define any three temperatures. You will choose the values of temperature and duration of heating experimentally. What Drying Temperature Should I Set? The drying temperature determines the duration of the process. Its value depends on the type of material. If the temperature is too low, it will under-dry the sample and, consequently, unnecessarily increase the measurement time, while if it is too high, it will cause a burning effect on the material. The drying temperature for the traditional (oven) method is determined by industry or factory standards. If there are no standards, you will select the temperature experimentally. The maximum drying temperature on the MA 5Y.IC Moisture Analyzer is 160°C. How Do I Finish the Drying? In 4 Ways The MA 5Y.IC Moisture Analyzer has four finish modes: automatic, manual, time-defined and user-defined. Automatic mode You define the moisture loss limit value in 60 seconds. When the moisture analyzer reaches the set criterion, the measurement will automatically end. Manual mode You terminate the measurement yourself by pressing the STOP button. Time-defined mode The measurement ends after the set time has elapsed regardless of the result. You have up to 99 hours 59 minutes to manage! User-defined mode When you remove all volatiles from a sample, by definition, its mass should be constant. During drying, the dry mass of the sample is defined by a condition: if the mass of the sample is stable within 1 mg during the observation time (Auto 1-5), we consider that all volatile components have been removed from its structure.
