Radwag RMC 20000.5Y Robotic Mass Comparator

This is the first receipt printer of RADWAG production. We offer two models which differ in terms of (more) communication interfaces: RTP-RU80 – RS 232* and USB, RTP-UEW80 – USB, Ethernet and Wi-Fi. The printers communicate with all RADWAG laboratory balances and industry scales. Their connection and configuration is intuitively easy and takes barely few moments (Plug and Play). Communication via Wi-Fi enables remote printing. The printers are equipped with a paper cutter ensuring operation ergonomics. Powerbank ZR-04 is used for rechargeable power supply for balances and scale accessories. It uses fa (more)st charging technology. It allows long operating time without recharging and, thanks to the “Low Power” function, powering devices with low power consumption. The ZR-04 powerbank is made of high-quality components that ensure reliable operation. A display indicating the state of charge enhances ergonomics. Powerbank ZR-04 meets airline standards, which means that it can be carried on board an airplane as hand luggage. The device can simultaneously power the balance/ scale and charge the internal battery. The average power time of the balance/ scale is, depending on the product series, from 8 to as much as 24 hours.

The newest line of Radwag Mass Comparators enables adjusting mass standards and weights according to (more) the OIML recommendations (R-111) for M1 class and lower. The comparators are used both for ensuring traceability of mass measurements, and verification of weights in accordance with legal metrology. RADWAG Mass Comparators have gained recognition among Accredited Calibration Laboratories, in many countries. HRP 5Y.KB series comparators comprise two components, professional weighing platform (a new mechanical design of electromagnetic mechanism housed within a tight steel casing) and 5Y terminal. The weighing platform made of steel features centring rings enabling precise positioning of the weights. The comparator features intuitive and user friendly menu.

The suspended self-centring weighing pan is designed specifically for the WAY 5Y.KO manual mass comp (more)arators. Installed It is installed during the device’s production stage in place of the standard weighing pan, so it should be ordered when ordering a comparator (it is not sold as a separate product). The weighing pan has the following functions: placing several weights, which are the resultant of the reference standard, off-centre, positioning the centre of gravity of the test and reference standards always in the same place.
