This Varian MS System was removed from a university lab where it was surplus to requirements. The sy (more)stem is made up of; Varian IT Mass SpectrometerModel - 210-MSPowers on The lab informed us that the MS is faulty. It has a faulty transfer line heater. It is in reasonable cosmetic condition with marks from use. The grills on the fans have rusted, but the lab informed us that the rust was purely cosmetic and had nothing to do with the fault. The system is sold for spares/repairs.

The university said it hadn't worked properly for some time, and on inspection, it had been slightly stripped for parts. We did not power it up to avoid damage to the unit. It is in otherwise good cosmetic condition with marks from use.
