The case has been designed for safe transportation of the PMV PLUS moisture analyzer. It is equipped (more) with two handles for convenient carrying so that the device can be transported by two people at the same time (recommended). The interior of the case has been adapted to fit all device components, with this it can be carried without the risk of damage. The case is made of 6 mm thick plywood. It features reinforced corners, aluminium trim, and hard dark foam filling. The case comes as an accessory.

This is the first receipt printer of RADWAG production. We offer two models which differ in terms of (more) communication interfaces: RTP-RU80 – RS 232* and USB, RTP-UEW80 – USB, Ethernet and Wi-Fi. The printers communicate with all RADWAG laboratory balances and industry scales. Their connection and configuration is intuitively easy and takes barely few moments (Plug and Play). Communication via Wi-Fi enables remote printing. The printers are equipped with a paper cutter ensuring operation ergonomics. Moisture analyzer is a laboratory measuring instrument intended to determine relative humidity for s (more)mall samples of different materials. MA.R series redefines moisture analyzers standards. The MA.R series This series has been equipped with brand new readable LCD display providing an extra text line for information such as supplementary messages and data, e.g. product name or tare value. The moisture analyzer, using respective pictograms, signalizes currently activated mode, computer connection and functions, both balance and service ones. The MA.R series is enriched with various interfaces: RS232, USB type A, USB type B and Wi-Fi. The moisture analyzer is housed in a plastic casing. Databases: Information system of R series moisture analyzers is based on 6 databases, allowing many operators to operate product database comprising many samples. Collected measurements may be subjected to subsequent analysis. Collected data is registered in 6 databases: Users (up to 10 users) Products (up to 1000 products) Weighings (up to 1000 weighings) Tares (up to 100 tares) Programs (up to 100 drying programs) Drying process reports (up to 1000 reports) The results The results obtained using the moisture analyzer (the final result of the drying process): % M – the mass loss in %; displays the mass change recorded during the drying process, expressed as a percentage, % D – the dry mass obtained during the drying process, expressed as a percentage; the result is the portion of the sample that remains on the weighing pan after the moisture has evaporated, % R – the ratio of moisture content to dry mass, obtained during the drying process, expressed as a percentage; the result is the portion of the sample that evaporated during the drying process, g – the sample mass after drying. Exchange of information within the system is performed by means of USB port on bi-directional basis. It is possible to import and export databases using memory sticks. The standard profile is the usually used drying profile. It allows the most accurate determination of moisture content. The mild profile is designed for drying substances that are sensitive to the rapid heat released by the filaments, which heat full power at the initial stage of the process. An example of such a substance is leather. You will use the fast profile for samples with significant moisture content – of the order of even several tens of percent. You will choose the values of temperature and duration of heating experimentally. What Drying Temperature Should I Set? The drying temperature determines the duration of the process. The drying temperature for the traditional (oven) method is determined by industry or factory standards. If there are no standards, you will select the temperature experimentally. The maximum drying temperature on the MA 5Y Moisture Analyzer is 160°C. How Do I Finish the Drying? In 4 Ways The MA 5Y Moisture Analyzer has four finish modes: automatic, manual, time-defined and user-defined. Automatic mode You define the moisture loss limit value in 60 seconds. When the moisture analyzer reaches the set criterion, the measurement will automatically end. Manual mode You terminate the measurement yourself by pressing the STOP button. Time-defined mode The measurement ends after the set time has elapsed regardless of the result. You have up to 99 hours 59 minutes to manage! User-defined mode When you remove all volatiles from a sample, by definition, its mass should be constant. During drying, the dry mass of the sample is defined by a condition: if the mass of the sample is stable within 1 mg during the observation time (Auto 1-5), we consider that all volatile components have been removed from its structure. This system was removed from a university lab as surplus to requirements. The lab reported: "Hasn’t  (more)been used for a few years. I am told it was working fine last time.
