The Chemisafe Lithiumsafe 60.Z safety cabinets are a cutting-edge solution for the secure storage of lithium batteries, boasting certifications EN 14470-1 and EN 16121. Engineered with precision in Italy, these cabinets conform to the latest safety standards and can be outfitted with various accessories to enhance protection.

Constructed entirely from electro-galvanized steel sheets and painted with anti-acid epoxy powders, these cabinets undergo a thermal tunnel process at 200°C. High-temperature insulation features calcium silicate and mineral fiber, notably excluding any fibroceramic material, set in place with ceramic adhesives. These fireproof panels withstand aggressive vapors and come certified under EN 14470-1 and EN 16121 standards.

Key features include an automatic door closure when temperatures surpass 47°C, secure locking mechanisms, and a certified temperature-triggered closure system for air ducts, requiring no maintenance. The design includes anti-spark hinges and a base shelf that supports electrostatic charge prevention.

Unique to the Lithiumsafe line is the patented CHEMISAFE QUARANTINE system, engineered to combat internal fires by detonating shelves to immerse batteries in a specially designed water tank, extinguishing flames efficiently and reducing self-ignition risks.
