1. Solvent Tray: Designed to securely hold your solvents and provide a seamless workflow.
2. Vacuum Degasser:
- Features a 4-channel vacuum container with four tubular plastic membranes and a vacuum pump.
- Maximum flow rate per channel ranges from 0 to 10 ml/min, with reduced degassing performance from 5 to 10 ml/min.
3. Binary Pump:
- Flow precision of less than 0.3% RSD, typically lower than 0.15% RSD.
- Adjustable flow range with setpoints from 0.001 to 5.0 ml/min, in 0.001 ml/min increments.
- Capable of operating under pressures from 0 to 40 MPa (0 to 400 bar, 0 to 5880 psi).
- Provides pulsation less than 2% amplitude, typically below 1%, with compressibility compensation.
- Offers a delay volume of 180 – 480 µl (600-900 µl with mixer), and a recommended pH range of 1.0 – 12.5.
4. Well-Plate Autosampler:
- Comes with safety features like leak detection, low voltage in maintenance areas, and error detection with display.
- Offers an injection range of 0.01 – 8 µl, with precision typically below 0.5% RSD.
- Accommodates 2 × well-plates and additional vial formats with rapid injection cycles under 30 seconds.
5. Thermostatted Column Compartment:
- Maintains a temperature range from 10 degrees below ambient to 80°C, with excellent temperature stability.
- Accurately maintains temperature to ± 0.8°C, capable of warming or cooling from ambient to desired settings swiftly.
- Supports a column capacity of three 30 cm columns and has robust communication options for easy integration.
6. Variable Wavelength Detector:
- Utilizes a double beam photometer with a deuterium lamp for precise detection.
- Offers a wavelength range from 190 – 600 nm, with accuracy maintained at ± 1 nm.
- Standard flow cell has a volume of 14 µl, 10 mm cell path length, capable of enduring pressures up to 40 bar.
