Product Description

The Spark Holland Triathlon 900 Autosampler is designed for high-performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) with multiple injection methods:

Flushed Loop: Completely fills the sample loop with sample for precise reproducibility.
Partial Loopfill: Partially fills the loop to minimize sample loss and allows programmable injection volumes.
µL Pick-up: Aspirates the sample and transports it into the loop using mobile phase, preventing sample loss.

The system uses a syringe to aspirate sample from vials into the loop and includes buffer tubing between syringe and injection valve to prevent contamination. Wash solvent is used for rinsing the buffer tubing and sample needle.

Injection volume range: 1 µL to 1 mL in 1 µL increments

96 vials of 1.5 mL (standard), 12 vials per segment, 8 segments total
32 vials of 10 mL, 4 vials per segment, 8 segments total
