Radwag E1 Mass Standard - Stainless Steel Wire -200 mg

E1-class mass standards are the elite in the world of metrology, because standards of this class rep (more)resent the highest level of precision and accuracy in mass measurement. The E1 classification is one of the most stringent standards that standards must meet in order to be considered the most advanced and trustworthy measurement tools. E1 - class standard: stainless steel wire Nominal value: 200 mg Material: stainless steel What Are the Characteristics of the E1 Class? Highest Precision - The allowable deviation from the actual weight is minimal, making standards of this class ideal for applications where every gram matters. Stability and Repeatability - This guarantees a consistent level of accuracy over the long term. Accurate Calibration - Standards of this class must be regularly compared with other standards of known mass to confirm their measurement accuracy. Materials with Unique Properties - E1 class mass standards are often made of materials with exceptional physical properties, which makes them stable and resistant to changes in environmental conditions. Application 1. Analytical Laboratories In analytical laboratories where accurate measurements are crucial, E1 class mass standards are used to calibrate balances with the highest precision. 2. Pharmaceutical Industry In drug manufacturing, where even the slightest deviation from the standard affects quality, E1 class mass standards are irreplaceable. 3. Scientific Research In scientific research, especially in areas requiring the highest precision, such as physics or chemistry, E1 class mass standards are used to ensure reliable results. 4. Metrology Industry In metrology laboratories where research on E1 class mass standards alone is carried out, E1 class standards are the standard of excellence. Class E1 mass standards are not only measuring tools, but also a symbol of metrological excellence. Their use affects the quality of measurements in various areas of life because they provide precision that can be relied upon. They are a key element in the world of mass measurement, shaping standards and raising the bar for all measurement tools.

KNF SC 920 Vacuum Pump System-cover
KNF SC 920 Vacuum Pump System

Deliver precise vacuum and offer widely diverse control functions for a huge range of applications i (more)n the laboratory. The intuitive user guidance on the hand terminal ensures ease of operation; the process parameters can be entered over a touchscreen and a rotation knob. Ajustment capabilities: Units of measurement The operating language The operating mode Parameters, such as the setpoint pressure or suction capacity of the system direct over rotation knob. Depending on the selected operating mode, the graphic display of the hand terminal then indicates the respective process variables. The user can intervene in the ongoing process at any time with the hand terminal and its integrated touchscreen and rotating knob. The hand terminal can be located via vacuum pump system (paging); the hand terminal will answer with a signal tone. Four operating modes: Evacuate – The vacuum pump system evacuates a vacuum chamber with adjustable pump capacity. Pressure control – The vacuum pump system controls the system pressure to the set value (constant pressure). Automatic – The vacuum pump system automatically finds the vapour pressure of the sample and adjusts the process pressure accordingly. Individual pressure function – The vacuum pump system controls the process according to a user-defined pressure curve. The setpoint pressure and the opening and closing of the coolant valve (accessory) on the high-performance condenser can be easily entered for a range of set times. A repeat function allows successive repetitions of the programmed pressure curve. At any time during an active process, you can switch to manual process control. Functions for Evacuate and Pressure control will be available simultaneously. Flow rate (at atm. pressure): 1.26 m³/h Flow rate (at atm. pressure): 21 l/min Ultimate vacuum (< 5.0 with gas ballast valve in use): 2.0 mbar abs. Operating pressure (max.): 0.5 bar (rel.)
