AREC.X 7 Velp system with probe-cover
AREC.X 7 Velp system with probe

The system includes: pt100 probe (code A00000268), magnetic stir bar Ø8x40 mm (code A00000356). Magn (more)etic stirrer AREC.X 7 Precise and accurate thermoregulation for better reproducibility AREC.X 7 is equipped with state-of-the-art heating plate technology, designed by VELP, which guarantees temperature homogeneity, thermal efficiency and long-lasting heating performance. The AREC.X 7 can be connected to the external Pt100 probe or to the VTF for precise thermoregulation of the fluid. The probe guarantees thermoregulation up to 250°C, with an accuracy of ± 1.0°C, while the VTF guarantees excellent thermoregulation performance up to 300°C and an accuracy of ± 0.5°C. The VTF is equipped with a timer, for unsupervised operation and increased productivity. Powerful stirring for your lab reactions You can rely on the AREC.X 7 for demanding laboratory reactions, as it agitates volumes up to 15 liters (H2O), from 50 up to 1500 rpm, thanks to the powerful motor and magnetic coupling. The electronic control adapts the stirring speed to any variation in the viscosity of the medium. Absolute safety and ease of use for laboratory operators The AREC.X 7 hotplate stirrer guarantees a superior level of safety and protection for laboratory operators, since it is entirely made of technopolymer and is equipped with an extremely resistant ceramic plate, ideal for high resistance to acids, bases and solvents. When the platen temperature is above 50°C and the heating function is not active, a safety message is displayed. The control panel is positioned at a safe distance from heat sources and the technopolymer structure is carefully designed so that accidental spills of liquids cannot reach the electronics. The extremely durable ceramic soleplate is easy to clean and resistant to acids, bases and solvents. Using a damp cloth, all residues will be easily removed. Save time with the new control panel Thanks to the digital display, extremely bright and easy to read, it is possible to constantly monitor the temperature. Two new comfortable knobs: the left one for the temperature (up to 550°C), the right one for the stirring speed (up to 1500 rpm). The innovative low profile design for exceptional comfort above the bench and inside the laboratory hood.

Radwag HX5.EX-1.4.300.C8 4 Load Cell Platform Scale-cover
Radwag HX5.EX-1.4.300.C8 4 Load Cell Platform Scale

The HX5.EX scale is a modern weighing instrument assuring fast and reliable measurement in hazardous (more) areas classified as zones 1/21 and 2/22. To ensure precision and excellent measurement repeatability, high quality electronic components are used. The weighing platforms offered in wide range of dimensions and maximum capacities, this combined with excellent metrological parameters enables easy selection of an instrument that meets the most demanding requirements. Standard version of the scale is equipped with 2 serial, intrinsically safe RS232 communication interfaces, and with one RS485 interface. They facilitate cooperation with equipment intended for operation in hazardous areas. Possibility to add digital inputs/outputs extends the range of instruments compatible with the indicator by automatic elements compliant with ATEX directive. More demanding customers can use the IM01.EX module, installed in the safe area, which extends the available connectors by Ethernet, USB, 4-20mA/0- 10V analog outputs, Profibus DP and additional digital inputs/outputs. This enables cooperation with external devices: barcode scanners, printers, external displays, control buttons, light signalling towers, other controlling/signalling devices, systems for automatic process control and superior IT systems. Scale operation requires use of a dedicated PM01.EX power supply, which is not a standard scale component. To operate the scale, order a selected type of the dedicated intrinsically safe power supply. Power supply types: PM01.EX-1 - power supply for operation in ATEX area. Used when it is required to connect the power supply to voltage source placed in hazardous area. PM01.EX-2 - power supply for operation outside ATEX area. Used when power supply connection to voltage source is carried out outside hazardous area. Complex software enables carrying out many tasks connected with mass measurement, e.g. parts counting, checkweighing and statistics. The scales feature user-friendly graphic interface, which can be customized using widgets. This and the large colour display of high resolution guarantee easy and clear transmission of data on current process. Colour bar graph significantly influences performance by signalling whether the weighing result is within declared thresholds or not.
