Radwag PS 8100.R2.M Precision Balance-cover
Radwag PS 8100.R2.M Precision Balance

PS.R2 series balances represent a new standard of precision balances. They feature a new, readable L (more)CD display which allows a clearer presentation of the weighing result. Besides, the display has a new text information line allowing to show additional messages and data, e.g. product name or tare value. Communication interfaces New PS.R2 balances, like previously designed PS series balances, have pans in two possible dimensions: 128x128 mm or 195x195 mm balances with a smaller pan have a draft shield. The balance precision and the measurement accuracy is assured by automatic internal adjustment, which takes into consideration temperature changes and time flow. PS.R2 balances feature several communication interfaces: 2 x RS 232, type A USB, type B USB and optional Wireless Connection. The balance may cooperate with computer by means of USB interface supposing a supplementary software has been installed (respective driver). The said driver may be downloaded from RADWAG website – SOFTWARE link or SUPPORT section. The housing is made of plastic, and the pan is made of stainless steel. The balances have a possibility to weigh products out of the pan (under-pan weighing) - the load hangs under the pan. Databases in R Series Balances The information system is based on 5 databases, which allows for several users to work with several products databases, and the registered weighing results can be subject to further analysis. The data is registered in 5 databases: users (up to 10 users), products (up to 1000 products), weighments (up to 5000 weighments), tares (up to 100 tares), ALIBI memory (up to 100 000 weighments). Quick access to information There is two directions data exchange within the system thanks to a quick USB interface. New balances allow to import and export databases using USB pen drives. Direct access to functions and databases is possible from the level of keyboard. Database - a direct access to databasis Function - a direct access to the basic functions F1 do F4 - programmable function and navigation keys on the menu ALIBI memory The used ALIBI memory is a data secure area and allows to record up to 100 000 weighment records. It ensures security of constant data register in the long time period. Under-pan weighing Weighing instruments purchased after 15th February 2023 will allow under-pan weighing at any time after the purchase. All you need to do is just to order a dedicated hook. Radwag UMA 2.5Y.F Automatic Weighing System

The UMA 2.5Y.F automatic weighing system has been designed to test mass changes of filters made of  (more)quartz glass fibre, glass fibre, teflon and teflon covered with glass fibre. Mass measurement is carried out with readability of 1 μg or 0.1 μg. The weighing system enables conditioning filters in accordance with PN-EN 14907 and PN-EN 12341 standards. Effective and Excellent Measurement The UMA 2.5Y.F automatic weighing system is a first-class solution for professional mass measurement. Dynamic control and correction of mass indications both ensure fast and stable weighing regardless of the weighed filter type. The UMA weighing systems, due to the elimination of the human factor, temperature changes and air drafts, guarantee excellent measurement repeatability. Effective Weighing Analysis Full automation of the weighing cycle, thanks to the elimination of the ‚human factor’, is a guarantee of measurement repeatability impossible to be obtained in case of manual weighing. Remote programming of measurement processes significantly increases operation efficiency. Dedicated Software The RMCS Filters software allows to manage time and comparison test plans of each filter or filter series. Summary reports and report components are defined by the system administrator. Metrological Control Periodically, correctness of weighing system operation is verified via a certified mass standard or a reference filter. Compact Design The UMA 2.5Y.F automatic weighing system can be easily adapted to any laboratory conditions. The device size facilitates its placing on the anti-vibration table of standard dimensions. Ambient Conditions Module The ambient conditions module is housed inside the bottom part of the weighing system. This results with a laminar air flow that does not disturb the ongoing filter mass measurement. The range of temperature and humidity changes is automatically forced in accordance with the values programmed via device terminal.
