Radwag XA17 - Adapter for Pipettes calibration 17 ml XA 5Y.A

XA17 pipette calibration adapter enables calibration and/or verification of piston pipettes by means (more) of a gravimetric method using the XA analytical balence. Set content: base weighing pan weighing vessel evaporation ring glass chamber with an opening for dosing Evaporation ring is an integral part of the adapter that increases relative humidity inside the weighing chamber. With this evaporation of the liquid during calibration/verification is stopped. An integrated weighing pan enables centric loading of the vessel in the weighing chamber. The weighing pan and the vessel are housed in a glass chamber featuring an opening allowing the user to dispense liquid through it, and reducing air drafts. Vessel capacity: 17 ml Adapters for Pipettes Calibration Pipette calibration adapters are intended for calibration and verification of piston pipettes using gravimetric method. Use of the pipette calibration adapter reduces maximum capacity of the balance by the mass of the weighing vessel. The table below, which presents the minimum requirements in accordance with ISO 8655-6:2022 standard, enables to select suitable adapter for pipette calibration and respective balance version. Radwag AP-12.1.5Y Automatic Device for Multichannel Pipette Calibration-cover
Radwag AP-12.1.5Y Automatic Device for Multichannel Pipette Calibration

The AP-12.1.5Y is the first automatic device designed to calibrate single- and multi-channel micropi (more)pettes with [d] 1 µg, in accordance with ISO 8655 requirements. Pipette calibration can be performed in the volume range from 0.5 μl a maximum of 12 channels of fixed and variable volume pipettes. The impressive calibration readability is the result of the co-called separation chamber which stabilizes the measurement path and protects it from excessive air movement. This is a guarantee of high precision measurements. AP-12.1.5Y guarantees the comfort of work. The ergonomic design of the device makes it possible to empty weighing vessels, and their overfilling is signalled by Ambient Light. When calibrating a multichannel pipette, a pump is used to simultaneously remove water from four vessels, greatly reducing the time required for pipette calibration. Other factors that affect the ergonomics of work: compact, mobile design clear, intuitive multilingual menu data security transfer of results directly to the customer’s computer application internal procedure report automatic periodic adjustment of the device. After emptying a 12-channel pipette, the AP-12.1.5Y checks all channels in a single cycle. In addition to a database of pipette calibration reports, the AP-12.1.5Y includes a database of pipettes that is editable and contains maximum permissible error values according to ISO 8655. The report database, in turn, contains measurements and error values calculated for individual points and volumes. The user determines the format and content of the reports. The AP-12.1.5Y monitors the ambient conditions using calibrated sensors: THB S (ambient conditions measurement) and THB W (liquid temperature measurement), in accordance with ISO 8655. To calibrate the device with mass standards, the weighing pan must be replaced with a pan dedicated to checking and calibrating the balance (both are included in the standard equipment). When purchasing the AP-12.1.5Y, you get: two calibrated sensors: THB S and THB W, two weighing pans: standard, and for balance test and calibration, a pump equipped with two nozzles: to draw water from one container or from four containers at once, a brush, a pincette, a vessel for the liquid, the Calibration Certificate for the balance.
