The tray collects particles that may fall off the filter. It is an additional protection of the weig (more)hing mechanism. The tray should be placed inside the filter chamber under the weighing pan on which the filter is weighed. It can be easily removed and cleaned.

Glass-made draft shield for precision balances with 128 x 128 weighing pan. Designed to prevent the  (more)balance from the influence of unfavourable ambient conditions (air drafts) at the place of use. The glass-made shield is installed instead of the plastic one, it is seated on a positioning pin. A compact design facilitates unrestricted access to the weighing pan.

A rack for under-pan weighing intended for XA balances. This Dionex UVD 170S UV/VIS Detector was removed from a university lab where it was surplus to requi (more)rements. The unit powers up but has not been tested further at our site. It was last used over a year ago and the lab manager believed it to be in working order. It is in reasonably good cosmetic condition but has some marks from use. There is a folder with the operating instructions included with it.
