It is equipped with RS 232, Virtual Com (USB type B) and 4 opto-isolated inputs and 4 semiconductor outputs, which enables interfacing PUE CY10 terminals and 5Y series balances with accessories such as: printers, control buttons (e.g. print-tar), light columns, buzzers, PLC controllers and other control and signalling devices. This system was removed from a university lab as surplus to requirements. The lab reported: "Hasn’t  (more)been used for a few years. I am told it was working fine last time.
