Its modular design allows the display to be detached from the base by up to 5 feet (1.5 meters), or an optional 27-foot (9-meter) cable offers further flexibility. Its construction, with a robust die-cast metal base and durable 377 × 311mm stainless steel platform, ensures enduring performance and resilience in daily use environments.

Applications cover a broad spectrum, including Weighing, Piece Counting, Percent Weighing, Check Weighing, Animal/Dynamic Weighing, Filling, Totalization/Statistics, Formulation, Differential Weighing, Density Determination, Peak Hold, Ingredient Costing, Pipette Adjustment, SQC, and Statistics. The 5.7-inch (145 mm) color VGA graphic touchscreen display provides customizable brightness settings. Operated via an included AC adapter, the balance supports RS232 and USB communication, with additional RS232/Ethernet available as optional accessories, including GLP/GMP data output with a real-time clock.

Constructed with a metal base, ABS top housing, and stainless steel deck, it encompasses a front illuminated level indicator, weigh below hook, safety bracket, calibration lock, and four touchless sensors. It offers user-selectable features such as environmental filters, auto tare, range calibration points, software lock, and a reset menu, complete with customizable communication settings, data print options, and up to 14 operating languages.
