The AP-12.1.5Y is the first automatic device designed to calibrate single- and multi-channel micropi (more)pettes with [d] 1 µg, in accordance with ISO 8655 requirements. Pipette calibration can be performed in the volume range from 0.5 μl a maximum of 12 channels of fixed and variable volume pipettes. The AP-12.1.5Y monitors the ambient conditions using calibrated sensors: THB S (ambient conditions measurement) and THB W (liquid temperature measurement), in accordance with ISO 8655. To calibrate the device with mass standards, the weighing pan must be replaced with a pan dedicated to checking and calibrating the balance (both are included in the standard equipment). A control started by the scale is automatically stopped after controlling pre-defined quantity of packages (samples). Number of the packages is fixed by scale program depending on product batch size. Control cycle runs according to the following scheme: operator choice, product choice, control start, acquiring weighing records, automatic control end after certain packages number, control report print.
