This Olympus BX51 WIF Fluorescence Microscope System was removed from a university lab where it was  (more)surplus to requirements. The System unfortunately is largely untested as the lab was unable to part with the PC and software. They implied that it was in working order prior to having the PC removed as it was just surplus to requirements, but there are some parts missing. The HX5.EX scale is a modern weighing instrument assuring fast and reliable measurement in hazardous (more) areas classified as zones 1/21 and 2/22. To ensure precision and excellent measurement repeatability, high quality electronic components are used. The weighing platforms offered in wide range of dimensions and maximum capacities, this combined with excellent metrological parameters enables easy selection of an instrument that meets the most demanding requirements. Standard version of the scale is equipped with 2 serial, intrinsically safe RS232 communication interfaces, and with one RS485 interface. They facilitate cooperation with equipment intended for operation in hazardous areas. Possibility to add digital inputs/outputs extends the range of instruments compatible with the indicator by automatic elements compliant with ATEX directive. More demanding customers can use the IM01.EX module, installed in the safe area, which extends the available connectors by Ethernet, USB, 4-20mA/0- 10V analog outputs, Profibus DP and additional digital inputs/outputs. This enables cooperation with external devices: barcode scanners, printers, external displays, control buttons, light signalling towers, other controlling/signalling devices, systems for automatic process control and superior IT systems. Scale operation requires use of a dedicated PM01.EX power supply, which is not a standard scale component. To operate the scale, order a selected type of the dedicated intrinsically safe power supply. Power supply types: PM01.EX-1 - power supply for operation in ATEX area. Used when it is required to connect the power supply to voltage source placed in hazardous area. PM01.EX-2 - power supply for operation outside ATEX area. Used when power supply connection to voltage source is carried out outside hazardous area. Complex software enables carrying out many tasks connected with mass measurement, e.g. parts counting, checkweighing and statistics. The scales feature user-friendly graphic interface, which can be customized using widgets. This and the large colour display of high resolution guarantee easy and clear transmission of data on current process. Colour bar graph significantly influences performance by signalling whether the weighing result is within declared thresholds or not. The frame for recessing (foundation) is part of the set – you will receive it with the ordered scale.

PS.R2 series balances represent a new standard of precision balances. They feature a new, readable L (more)CD display which allows a clearer presentation of the weighing result. Besides, the display has a new text information line allowing to show additional messages and data, e.g. product name or tare value. Communication interfaces New PS.R2 balances, like previously designed PS series balances, have pans in two possible dimensions: 128x128 mm or 195x195 mm balances with a smaller pan have a draft shield. The balance precision and the measurement accuracy is assured by automatic internal adjustment, which takes into consideration temperature changes and time flow. PS.R2 balances feature several communication interfaces: 2 x RS 232, type A USB, type B USB and optional Wireless Connection. The balance may cooperate with computer by means of USB interface supposing a supplementary software has been installed (respective driver). The said driver may be downloaded from RADWAG website – SOFTWARE link or SUPPORT section. The housing is made of plastic, and the pan is made of stainless steel. The balances have a possibility to weigh products out of the pan (under-pan weighing) - the load hangs under the pan. Databases in R Series Balances The information system is based on 5 databases, which allows for several users to work with several products databases, and the registered weighing results can be subject to further analysis. The data is registered in 5 databases: users (up to 10 users), products (up to 1000 products), weighments (up to 5000 weighments), tares (up to 100 tares), ALIBI memory (up to 100 000 weighments). Quick access to information There is two directions data exchange within the system thanks to a quick USB interface. New balances allow to import and export databases using USB pen drives. Direct access to functions and databases is possible from the level of keyboard. Database - a direct access to databasis Function - a direct access to the basic functions F1 do F4 - programmable function and navigation keys on the menu ALIBI memory The used ALIBI memory is a data secure area and allows to record up to 100 000 weighment records. It ensures security of constant data register in the long time period.
