The Techne FDB2DD Digital Dry Bath Incubator is a compact tabletop dry block heater designed for controlled, uniform heating of laboratory samples in reaction vessels, Eppendorf tubes, and microcentrifuge tubes. Digital temperature control and a maximum temperature of 100°C support routine molecular biology, biotechnology, and chemical laboratory workflows, including sample incubation, denaturation, and enzymatic reactions.
The unit features two heating block positions, allowing different vessel formats to be heated in parallel. The supplied aluminum heating blocks provide the following apertures:
- Heating block 1: 30 x 7.8 mm holes
- Heating block 2: 20 x 11 mm holes
