In particular, at the entrance of the goods, the thermometer scans the surface temperature of individual foods or entire pallets of goods quickly, simply and without contact. The detachable penetration probe also allows the core temperature to be measured in case of doubt - for example when dealing with meat and sausages. In fact, the penetration probe is often used if the surface temperature measured with infrared is above or below the limit value; therefore, the core temperature is measured for further control. After measurement, the penetration probe folds back into its housing. EASY, FAST AND PRACTICAL FOR EVERYDAY ROUTINE The instrument is activated as soon as the penetration probe is removed. The infrared sensor turns on as soon as the button is pressed. The measurement results can be read very well on the large display and, thanks to the few intuitive keys, the instrument is easy to use without the need to undergo any particular training. Another practical advantage: The thermometer is waterproof (IP65).
