Poison Storage Cabinet by CHEMISAFE

The CHEMISAFE Poison Storage Cabinet is meticulously designed for the safe storage and isolation of poisons, toxic chemicals, and CMR substances. Constructed entirely from FE P01 electro-galvanized sheet steel, with a thickness of 10/10 mm, the cabinet is cold press bent and painted. The finishing involves a thorough degreasing treatment followed by an initial epoxy primer application and two applications of thermosetting powders. This is enhanced with a thermal cure in a tunnel at 200°C, ensuring robustness and long-term corrosion resistance.

Key features include two plastic-coated steel shelves supporting a maximum load of 5 kg each, distributed evenly. The cabinet is equipped with double-layered swing doors that feature a lock and key mechanism, opening at an angle greater than 110° to allow easy extraction of shelves without tilting. It’s designed for wall mounting and can be securely fixed in a safety cabinet either on a shelf or on the back wall. This versatile unit can function as a freestanding cabinet or within a wardrobe. Clear safety symbols alert users to the presence of dangerous materials inside, reinforcing its role as a critical component of safety practices in any lab.
