Chemisafe CSB60UB Safety Cabinet for Chemicals

The Chemisafe CSB60UB Safety Cabinet provides modular solutions for chemical storage with a robust design built entirely from 15/10 mm thick electrogalvanized steel sheet, cold bent for optimal durability. The external finish is crafted with a 90-micron acid-resistant epoxy resin, followed by passage through a thermal tunnel at 200°C ensuring maximum protection against corrosive substances.

This monocoque construction features adjustable feet for leveling, coupled with simple single-layer swing doors that bolster security with a lock and key design. Doors open at a convenient 110°, and the cabinet is complemented with an external zipper crafted from corrosion-resistant plastic. Additionally, compartments are equipped with fixed retention shelves available in plasticized, painted, or stainless steel with adjustable height settings.

The cabinet is designed with a connection collar of Ø 125 mm and standardized pictograms in compliance with ISO 3864 standards, ensuring safety and international recognition of hazardous content storage.

Supplied are two shelves made of plasticized steel, each with a maximum distributed load of 40 kg. Optional features to enhance functionality include additional shelves, a timer, a plinth, a retention tank, door open alarm, ventilation, and a filter system.
